Button ABS Metal Brice

Flat button in metallic ABS.

Colours: bronze, antique bronze, silver, antique silver, gold, antique gold.

ABS (acrylonitrile butadiene styrene) is an impact resistant and very light plastic. It is coated here with a thin layer of metal by electrolysis.

This material can withstand the same stresses as metal in terms of maintenance. Its lightness is an advantage on clothes that cannot withstand an excessively heavy button.

The button is fixed by sewing through 2 holes. This button has a shiny or satin appearance depending on the colour and is thin (about 1.5 mm). It is very slightly hollowed out in the centre and has scratches on its surface.
