When will my order be shipped ?
Your packages are prepared at the Factory and shipped within 48 hours (working days) after receipt of your payment. We therefore advise you to pay by credit card or PayPal to avoid delays in processing your payment.
If the products you have chosen are out of stock and need to be made again, the delay may be increased to 2-3 weeks.
For customised buttons, the shipment will be made within 1 week.
How will my order be shipped?
Depending on the volume and weight of your order, but also on the delivery address, three shipping methods are available:
In France :
- Registered letter by La Poste, the tracking number will be provided to you in the email sent with your order.
- Transport by DPD, the tracking number will be provided to you in the shipping email of your order.
- Collection of your order directly from the factory (please note that we do not have a factory outlet, you can simply collect your parcel at the reception desk).
Outside France :
- La Poste Priority, the tracking number will be provided to you in the email sent with your order.
- Delivengo Easy, the tracking number will be provided to you in the shipping email of your order.
The product does not match or i made a mistake in my order, what can i do ?
Don't panic! If you made a mistake in your order, you have 15 days to return the products. Upon receipt, we will refund you the corresponding amount and you will be able to re-order the right button!
If we have made a mistake, do not hesitate to inform us by e-mail at email@example.com or directly via our contact form so that we can find a solution to the problem together.
WHat are the delivery rates ?
For any order in France of an amount equal to or higher than 29.00€, we offer you free shipping.
Outside of France, shipping is free for orders over 50€ including VAT.
For all other orders, you will find below a summary table of the shipping costs.
